As soon as you pass a quiz or finish a course without a quiz, you will be directed to the Results page from where you can download your course certificate – see screenshot below. If you click on ‘Print Your Certificate’, it will open an online PDF.
If you didn’t download your certificate at this point, don’t worry, you can also find your certificate by going to My Account and scrolling down to your courses. Under the word ‘Certificate’ you will see a small square icon (see screenshot below). If you click on the icon, it will open the Certificate as an online PDF.
When you open the online PDF, in the top right, you will see icons similar to the ones in the screenshot below. These allow you either to download the PDF or to print it (or print it and save it as a PDF).
If you have any difficulties accessing your certificates, do let us know. If possible, send a screenshot of what’s happening so that we can investigate the issue.
