The ProQual Level 3 Diploma in Permanent Tattooing Services provides a nationally recognised qualification for individuals looking to develop their skills and knowledge in professional tattooing.

This qualification equips learners with the technical expertise, artistic ability, and industry knowledge required to perform safe and high
quality permanent tattooing services in a professional setting.

The aims of this qualification are:

• To allow candidates to develop and demonstrate their competency in
permanent tattooing techniques, including design, application, and aftercare.
• To develop the essential knowledge of skin anatomy, colour theory, and equipment handling
• To support candidates in building a successful career in the tattooing industry.
