With over 100 years of combined experience across beauty, aesthetics, holistic therapies, education, assessment, and advanced clinical training, Meso & More Training Academy brings together an experienced team of educators, therapists, assessors, and industry professionals committed to helping students build recognised, long-term careers within the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Founded by Shelley Murray in 2020 after more than 30 years within the hair, beauty, and aesthetics industry and over 25 years in education and training, the academy was created to provide high-quality, regulated training grounded in real industry experience.
Professional Training With Real Industry Knowledge
Today, our teaching team holds qualifications spanning Levels 2–7 across beauty therapy, advanced aesthetics, education and training, IQA/EQA, laser treatments, blemish removal, PMU, mesotherapy, anatomy and physiology, holistic therapies, and advanced skin treatments.
Many of our educators continue to work within the beauty and aesthetics industry alongside teaching, helping students gain insight into current treatments, client care, safety standards, and the realities of modern aesthetics practice.

Training is delivered from our academy location within The Meridian Shopping Centre in Havant, with advanced aesthetics courses taught by an experienced team of educators, therapists, assessors, and industry professionals. We are also pleased to offer in-salon training for clinics and salons looking for a more tailored learning experience.
Our courses are accredited or recognised by organisations including VTCT, ITEC, Focus Awards, Gatehouse Awards, Qualifi, ProQual, ARAP, CIBTAC, and The Centre of CPD Excellence, and are recognised by leading insurers including Policy Bee, Insync, Westminster, Beazley, Finch, and Towergate.
