I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to TTQI.
Shelley formed TTQI in 2020 after owning 2 salons, 1 spa, 1 training academy and a mobile children’s party business. Shelley has over 30 years in the hair and beauty industry as a wholesale manager, an area sales manager and a trainer. Shelley’s qualifications are Level 4 Management, Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, Level 4 Spa and Salon Management. Level 5 Pathway to Aesthetics, Level 6 Mesotherapy and multiple level 3, 4 and 5 beauty qualifications. Shelley is also a qualified hairdresser, Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer.
After owning three businesses including a beauty salon, skin clinic and spa, Shelley changed direction to home-school one of her daughters. During this time, she retrained as a swim teacher and coach specialising in additional needs children. When Shelley had finished home educating her daughter, she returned to practice. Initially starting a small training academy to share her knowledge with beauty professionals and then progressing to a private college and skin clinic.
Cordelia Castle has been in the hairdressing industry also for 30 years and is a qualified level 5 Teacher and previous salon owner. Cordelia is also an assessor and Internal Quality Assurer and has worked at Alton College as a lecturer in the hairdressing department.
Both Shelley and Cordelia also teach English to chinese students online.
Shelley has an amazing team of lecturers and educators who support her and her students along the way to becoming professional, successful individuals.
All our other trainers will have gained a minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training or have the assessors qualifications.
