Founder & Lead Educator
Shelley is the founder of Meso & More Training Academy and brings over 30 years of experience within the hair, beauty, and aesthetics industry, alongside more than 25 years of teaching experience.
Before launching the academy in 2020, Shelley owned and managed two salons and a spa, developing extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of treatments and advanced aesthetics procedures.
After taking time away from the industry to home educate her autistic daughter, Shelley returned to education and training with a renewed focus on helping others build successful, recognised careers within the beauty and aesthetics industry.
As well as Meso & More Training Academy, Shelley also runs Teacher Trainer Qualification International, supporting professionals worldwide in becoming qualified teachers and educators within their own industries. Her wider training projects have also included academies serving students in Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand. Beyond her education work, Shelley also runs Hampshire Blemish Removal, giving her ongoing hands-on experience within advanced skin treatments and aesthetics practice.
Shelley holds advanced qualifications across aesthetics practice, education and training, assessment, skin science, and clinical procedures, including Level 6 and Level 7 aesthetics qualifications and a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine. In addition to her work within the academy, she has also worked as an NHS vaccinator and qualified in phlebotomy with The London Medical Laboratory.

Advanced Aesthetics Educator
Donna brings extensive experience in beauty, holistic therapies, advanced aesthetics, and education to Meso & More Training Academy.
In addition to her advanced aesthetics qualifications up to Level 7, Donna also holds Lead IQA qualifications and spent 16 years at HSDC as a lecturer and course manager, supporting learners across a wide range of beauty and aesthetics courses.
Her qualifications span advanced skin science, PMU, aesthetics practice, anatomy and physiology, blemish removal, holistic therapies, and clinical procedures, combining technical knowledge with strong teaching and assessment experience.
Students value Donna’s calm, supportive approach, attention to detail, and ability to help learners build confidence whilst developing safe working practices and professional skills within the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Education & Quality Assurance Specialist
Loraine brings over 20 years of experience in training, assessment, and quality assurance within the beauty and aesthetics industry, working alongside a range of recognised awarding bodies and training organisations.
Her qualifications span beauty therapy, holistic therapies, PMU, advanced aesthetics, laser treatments, mesotherapy, blemish removal, tattoo removal, phlebotomy, infection prevention and control, and education and training. She also holds Lead IQA and EQA qualifications, supporting high standards in teaching, assessment, and learner development.
Loraine is also the Founder and Director of FTT Beauty & Training and has supported the setup and development of new training academies within the industry.

Senior Beauty & Aesthetics Educator
Sonia brings over 30 years of experience within the beauty and aesthetics industry, including 26 years as a full-time lecturer and course manager at HSDC, where she taught and assessed beauty therapy and hairdressing qualifications across multiple levels.
Her qualifications span advanced aesthetics, blemish removal, laser and IPL treatments, anatomy and physiology, massage therapies, reflexology, nutrition, first aid, and education and assessment. Sonia also holds assessor, IQA, Lead IQA, and EQA qualifications, supporting high standards in both teaching and learner development.
As well as her extensive teaching background, Sonia has continued to develop her expertise in advanced aesthetics, holding qualifications in Level 5 and Level 6 aesthetics practice, chemical peels, skin blemish removal, thermolysis, cryotherapy, laser skin rejuvenation, and hair removal.
