This course will provide learners with the theory and practical to have a good knowledge and understanding of providing clients with vitamin D injections. Healthcare providers commonly prescribe vitamin D shots to help treat osteoporosis, regulate the immune system, reduce the risk of infections and vitamin D deficiency. Learners will also learn about needles; syringes and sharps.

Our vitamin injection courses are best suited to those with prior experience in using needles and IM injections, such as medics, nurses, or those with a Level 3 qualification in Anatomy & Physiology.
